After axing the rear doors of a Porsche Cayenne, Merdad Collection has applied the same recipe for the 2013 Range Rover. Known as the Highland GTC, this modified Range Rover loses its rear doors and gains longer front ones, along with a wide body kit and new alloy wheels. The body kit increases the SUV's width by 92 mm (3.62 inches) and includes a new hood, side skirts, wheel arch extensions, carbon rear bumper, diffuser and tailpipe deflectors in addition to a new roof with spoiler.
The suspension has gained an electronic module which can lower the Range Rover by 40 mm (1.6 inches). Several modifications have been made on the inside as well but Merdad doesn't go into any details.
As far as pricing is concerned, Merdad offers four versions:
1- Range Rove 3.0 Litre: 209,000 USD
2- HSE 4.4 Litre: 228,000 USD
3- Supercharged 5.0L: 239,000 USD
4- 700 GTC Range Rover Coupe Racing 4 Seater: 485.000 USD
The same body kit design changes are applied to the regular five-door version which is known as Highland MC.
